After Market Rim Selection??

Soon it will be time to put some new sneakers on my truck and I would like to ditch the factory 6.5" rims. I want to go with
16 x 8's and want some input on selection. Ebay has some great deals on polished aluminum which I hesitate to go with. Doesn't aluminum get nasty after some time? I would prefer chromed steel like the factory rims. I also would like a center cap that covers the lug nuts. Any recommendations or comments??
