New Intake manifold, relocated AIT and MAP! :D

OK,

Is there an aftermarket intake manifold for the 2001 ETC engines? One where the AIT and MAP are located FAR away from the intake valves? This manifold would be VERY useful for those of us with exhaust brakes or those who do not want to clean/replace those sensors every six months.
