Another, "I got the DTT Tranny upgrade and it ROCKS" Thread

When I first started researching auto transmission upgrades I started looking here at the TDR. I pulled from so many sources it made my head spin. There are alot of threads that slam some companies and alot of threads that praise them. NOW there are alot of transmission upgrade companies that do a good job. This is not a thread that's stating one is better than another. I drove a few different companies tranny equiped trucks and found almost all of them to perform amazing over any stock transmission. If I have to make one biased opinion here it's that a transmission upgrade is the single best modificatiion I have ever done! So far.

Well, Massdiesel has just installed my DTT Valve body & 89% Torque Converter with the Update kit. I can honestly say, how did I drive my truck without it. No more sloppy shifting. Every shift is clean and decisive with no hesitation. With my recent installation of DDII's and my existing edge EZ, this combination is the most fun I've had with my truck.
I also cannot say more about Massdiesel. He does a first class job at DTT installs. His knowledge and expertise at diassembling, inspecting possible problem areas, assembly and installs is a great asset to the DTT name. They are lucky to have him as a certified installer. I now feel that my transmission can handle the abuse I can give it and still last to well over 100,000 miles.
