Robin is terrific....

I had a "discontinued" gauge problem, and Robin talked with the manufacturer, had them search their inventory, searched Geno's inventory, and even determined I could have one "custom" made if I ordered 50

Then, she called me back and broke the news gently and offered alternative choices.....all to make me happy. All this for a ~$50 sale.

This defines customer service....
