exhaust brakes

My apologies in advance for re-hashing an old subject....I am getting ready to do my first upgrades to the new truck and need some opinions. I want to put on an exhaust brake and have narrowed it down to the Cummins/Jacob E-brake or the PacBrake...anybody have experience with either one, does one work better than the other? Thanks!
