Toolbox mounting?

Bought me a new black, diamond-plate, deep-well, over-the-rail toolbox for my truck. Now I've got to mount it (no crude remarks, please :rolleyes

. I plan on making some kind of spacer to fit between the tool box and the truck bed sides to raise the box 1-1 1/2 inches (leave the most room possible under the box w/o raising so much that it restricts sight via rearview mirror. My question: I saw a mounting kit a year or so ago for mounting without drilling and bolting it to the bed (kinda like a C clamp), but I can't remember where I saw them. Anyone else ever seen these? Thanks for the help!
