DC EVS II alarm installation

greetings, all

just got a care package with some mag-hytech stuff (diff and tranny) and an EVS II alarm.

i am electronically impaired, but if this is plug an' play then i can do the install. has anyone done this? anyone in the sf bay area recommend a place to have it installed inexpensively (but, well)? what about a local dodge dealer?

any insights would be appreciated.
