Red face Misinformation e-mailed to me about the new Diesel Transmission TC and VB!

I received an unnerving e-mail today that has the impression that I am having problems with my new Diesel Transmission Torque converter. This is FALSE INFOMRATION! I want to make it VERY CLEAR HERE AND NOW! That I AM NOT HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY TC. I had made a statement earlier on that I had a problem with stalling going from drive to reverse when I had the 5th wheel attached. This is true, however this problem has been around since I bought the truck new; it would stumble when going from drive to reverse when I had 13,000 on the axle. When I installed DD stage 3 injectors this problem was amplified to stalling now and then in the same situation. When I installed the new TC I had the stalling problem a little more; I was not stating that this is a problem with the TC, it is a problem with either the ECM or the fuel system. I have spoken with Bill and we have concluded this problem to be specific to my truck, he has installed this same converter on 2 other trucks including his to make sure that BEFORE HE INTRODUCED this converter it would work well with any setup. I have received a phone call in fact from one of these gentlemen and he is absolutely thrilled to death about the way the new TC was operating. I have spoken with a Dodge dealer also and he has told me that the stumbling issue is not unique to my truck that he had a couple others that have been doing it so it is non related to the transmission. Also there was some question as to whether or not the spool up was worse with this TC or not as compared to others on the market. This TC was designed with me in mind a person who tows and also uses his truck as a daily driver, the spool up is better than stock but with the stock injectors takes a second more than before I removed the stage 3's due to this converter being setup for a high HP truck. This is not fault of the TC it works perfectly for what I asked it to be designed to do. Also I might note that I have the tightest converter being offered by Bill. I will close in saying that BEFORE YOU MAKE ASSUMPTIONS ON SOMETHING GET ALL THE FACTS FROM THE HORSES MOUTH, my reputation has been hurt by this along with Bill's and I do not feel that is appropriate behavior, I AM EXTREMLY SATISFYED WITH BILL'S TC AND WOULD BUY IT AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. Lets all get along and give credit where credit is due. Thank you Bill and your team at Diesel Transmission Tech. I am a happy supporter of your wonderful product and absolutely awesome Customer Service.
