Electric Superchargers. Could this be the answer to " Big" Turbo Lag?

Plumb it into the intake horn[rubber boot], or there abouts. Run it until the the turbo builds boost. No more low end lag? Decent price.
I have not read much about it yet.

What do you guys think?
