Stage 1 or Stage II Injectors

Am I safe to go with Stage 1 or II injectors without any mods to my trans? The only modification I have to the A/T is the Pressureloc and mystery switch. Looking for a little more uphill towing power without the expense of upgrading the TC and VB.
