Talking Turbo Boost

I just installed a Christmas present(boost guage)and need some information. I followed the instructions that came with the guage(ISSPRO) as to where to connect the line to the engine. Which the instruction said to install the line in a port under the air intake horn close to the front of the motor, they said it should have a plug in it. I found the plug, removed it and installed the line going to the guage..No problem! How is the guage suppose to act? When I go thru the gears, the guage goes up to about 15-20 lbs, then when I reach 60 mph in 5th, it drops back to about 6 lbs. Is that what it is suppose to do? I don't believe that I over tightened fittings on the line. The numbers sounds kind of strange....

Thanks
Rick
