Fuel Pressure

Installed the Fuel pressure kit from Geno's on
my 98.5 ,the port after the filter, and it read
9.8 psi.
I changed the filter and the pressure read 10.0
psi. It never gets over 10.0 psi now.What should be the normal range for fuel pressure ,after going through the filter ?
