Quad cap inner door panels

My question is how to remove rear door panels with out damage ? To install new speakers and insulation. I did a search and got stuff on front doors and new plastic panel rivots, I removed screws (3) and pryed pulled and pushed cw ccw up and down to no avail. What happened to exposed screws they don't look that bad.
