Air Hose

I am getting the parts ready to plumb my air horns. I have a 50' section of 3/8" air hose and was wondering if I could use that to connect the tank to the horns and the tank to the compressor???
All of this stuff except the compressor will be mounted under the truck. All the hoses will be secured to the frame so that it will not rub...
