Where to get a fuel Pressure and other Gauges

OK Just got my 2001 home and need some gauges before I can start bombing, 1st thing I need to get is a fuel pressure gauge, I don't want one the brings a fuel line inside the cab. 2nd I would like recomendations for a EGT and boost pressure gauges and what the best place to mount them. My new(to me) truck is a 2001(not a .5) 24V 3500 Quad Cab 4X4 with a 5 speed. So bring it on, what is the best bang for buck, and where to get them(Quality 1st, customer service is 2st , price 3rd)
