tie rod puller tool

Hello all,

Does anyone know who sells the tie rod puller tool that's listed in the '02 FSM under part #C-3894-A and who the manufacturer of said tool is and the price?I don't want to use a pickle fork 'cause I want to save the seals on the rod ends.I tried my local NAPA and Advance Auto Parts and no go.
Any advice please.I also checked past posts using the search feature and found some stuff on Tie Rods but no tool # or mfg.
