Help on Windshield Wiper Recommendations

Ok - maybe I live where windshield wipers are used more than anyone else, but I can't seem to find one worth a %^$#@! Also I'd like to find one that has the aerodynamic wing to hold them down to the window (you know the ones with the "wing" on the back to force it down on the windshield. I drive through the Columbia River Gorge (where the winds are routinely the worst in the Country - thus the wind surfing capital) when at times the wipers are lifted off the window . I've tried the usual places and have no luck - does anybody have a source for the blades with the wings? Also - what about Winter Blades - the ones with the winter covers on them - does anybody use them?
