Bed cap and fuel mileage

Those of you with the high style and roofline height style bed caps: I'm wondering how it affected your fuel economy. I'm wanting to buy an A.R.E. but am concerned about mileage.

Anyone know of a good dealer in Montana for the A.R.E.?
