Dash Cover

Can anyone tell me how to remover the dash cover on my 99'.

I'm wanting to change the wires on the dimmer switch around , so that the outside bed light comes on first.

I know that I need to buy a Service Manual, but times are tuff and so is convincing the wife.

Please help a poor guy out.
