Help Mounting Gauges

All my Gauges are here, and I have some questions.
1st Can I reuse the Trubo-Exhaust manifold gasket ?
2nd, Where do I install the Fuel pressure sending unit ?
3rd, on this 24V Cummins is there any thing I need to know before removing the turbo to drill the hole for the probe ?
The gauges I bought are Di-Pricol set in a 3 gauge pillar mount and a Westach Fuel Pressure Gauge in a Isspro bullet mount
