power side mirror harness

ANyone know if there are power side mirror harnesses and wiring on truck with manuel tow mirrors? I have a 2001.5 2500 with the manuel flip up mirrors and would like to retro fit power mirrors. I was wondering as this would definately make the job easier (I'm no good with truck wiring) and I found that my truck that lacks fog lights is still wired for the lights and had a harness at each spot where they would go, although no switch. Any help appreciated.
