Where can I buy the Amalgated fuel additive and other questions.

I use fuel additives for one reason only........lubrication. Does the Amalgated additives add the lubricity that the other well known additive do. If so, where can I buy it locally. What amounts are users adding to a tankful of diesel? Thanks for the info.
