EGR Brake Hoses

Anybody try their new brake hoses yet. My 99 has great brakes-very little pedal movement and brakes feel solid. My 96 feel like sponges-much more pedal travel and mushy feeling. My 96 is a 4x4 ex cab dualie which I use to tow 80% of the time.
