Which service manual?

In the back of my owners manual one can order a service manual for $90.00,doesnt say if it covers chasis and engine,also seen on net,dont remember where but they had service manuals for around the same money,didnt say what it covers. I would like one for the chasis and the cummins engine, any thoughts as to the best or are they all the same?
