true Jake brake?

Has anyone thought about crossing a true in-head Jake to our 5.9's? If a set could be found off of a small diesel that had the valve lift close to ours, couldn't a little machining be done to make it fit? It would probably reqiure custom valve covers(12valve). Any ideas?
