D.R.E. Sachs: First truck pull!

The jury is still out.
It seemed to take forever to lock, but when it did, all four were spinning like crazy!

I may try to engage it quicker, instead of easeing into it. No smell of course, which is nice.
Reviewing the tape, it looks like as soon the clutch decided to grab, the tires launched, no slipping.
The only Ford to beat me, Power Snorter,(Second at Scheids), said it looked like I need to come out of hole harder. I thought I came out pretty hard as it was!
Another Cummins sniffin propane got first, by about 20 feet over me and Frank.

The rest of the class was way behind.
There was a Stack'd and Jack'd Jr. who smoked and made lots of noise-- all the way to the 50' mark!! LITERALLY smoking the tires like he was in a bleach box. Go figure.

Still had a good time, 3rd is my best finish.
