Looking For A New Audio Head Unit

Going to buy a new head unit for my truck in the next few days and I am looking for one that will play mp3s on a cd-r or cd-rw. Any suggestions? I would like it to be satellite ready (xm or sirius) also. Things have changed since I last looked for car audio equipment(10 yrs. ago). It must have a rotary volume knob, no buttons. You can turn it up louder with a volume knob, right?
