CIPA or West Coast mirrors?

I an considering CIPA power mirrors or West Coast style (used on semi trucks mostly) on my '97 3500. Have seen some west coast mirrors on Dodge dually trucks. I know that Geno's carries the CIPA mirrors. Who carries the West Coast mounting brackets for these trucks? I want to put on the heated and motorized 7"x16" mirror heads with 6" round spot mirrors. Would prefer s.s. over chrome so they will keep from rusting longer.
