what cab steps are the most rugged

Hello
I installed a set of the Putco Boss Boards on my 02 3500 QC, but unfortunately they are going back. I bought them based on the stainless construction and good looks. However, the mounting hardware was ridiculous, they can with the rear flaps drilled wrong, dented, and when my 200lb brother stepped on the bed side board it collapsed.

Can anybody recommend a solid set of steps, preferably ones that extend before and aft the dually wheels as well.
