Rickson's Customer service is A1!
Called Rickson truck accesories today because my electric solenoid valve for my air tank powering my Grover has been sticking open and draining my tank (no compressor yet, just got shipped to buddies house yesterday  )
Well I called and explained that I bought a elec. solenoid somewhere around like 6 months ago and now it was sticking open and also failing to fire (having to push the toggle switch like 2 twice to get it to fire).
Well after explaining my situation to who over I spoke with I have a brand new solenoid valve on the way at no charge!
Now THATS customer service!
