Anyone have Mopar Running Boards?

I am looking at installing the Mopar running boards (Mopar # 82206949) on my '03 3500 QC along with the accent kit, do any of you have these on your truck? If so did they install OK, and how do you like 'em, I had aluminum nerf bars on the '95 and liked those , just thought these would protect the rocker panels better....

Any Input is much appreciated,
