Tool Box, Pro Teck or Pro Tec???

I saw a really good looking tool box today. Unless I wrote it down wrong the name on the box was Pro Teck. It also had what appeared to be an alluminum Tonneau cover that was hinged on the back of the tool box.

Has anybody ever seen this??? Any insight on where I could get one would be greatly appreciated.
