Rear Axle Spacer Blocks

Installed 2" blocks to lower and hitched up new 5'er and not happy with the way the truck looks. Looking for a source for the 4" blocks and U bolts the suspension shop has disposed of blocks were supposed to be in truck when returned from shop. Truck 2001 SWB
