Motorhome Compressor for 5.9?

Hi guys,
I went to the Nationals in June last year and we toured the Cummins plant there ...(BOY! What a place!!) anyway, they build the doge 5.9 and the motorhome 5.9 at the same time... The Compressors for the air systems was on the side the Starter we have and the starter on the other side.

On our trucks, on the passenger side, there is a plate and a plug in the bell plate. Would the compressor for the moho's fit here and work?. I have been looking at 12vlt compressors but this would be all the time like the york systems.
If it does work, where could you get the compressors?
