Tire Balance Beads

I was looking at the recent thread on the subject and could not find a specific post on my problem. I have a tire on my boat trailer that is wearing very uneven and was wondering if anyone has experiance with the beads on a boat trailer? While I am asking, I also have a seal leaking and need to replace it. Any way to tell what p/n I need before taking off the wheel and pulling the seal?
