Question Another Steering Question

What I've been noticing is a kind of a "loose" feeling when turning the wheel. It feels like something in the front end is not tight an slips or "clunks". This doen't happen while driving at speed.

I really don't have any unusual drift. The track bar was replaced approximately 2 to 3 thousand miles ago and I haven't done any off-road since.

Could this be a sympton of a steering box going bad?
