Bilstiens or Rancho 9000's?

Any shocks better then these?

'98 Quad cab 3500 4x4 12valve 5spd with 3.54's. #11 plate, K&N, 16.5*, 4 inch exhuast and 3k GSK in the glove box. AMSOIL throughout except for SYNTORQUE in the crashbox.
