factory trim

I own a 2002 2500 single rear wheel 4x4 quad cab truck that has factory trim on the two front doors and small area behind the front doors but it does not extend to the bed of the pickup. I have seen pics of trucks that do have full trim. Is it possible to buy this additional trim pieces? If so would I need to drill holes.
