Sylvania White Headlites

Has anyone tried out the new Sylvania Silver Star white lite headlite bulbs yet? Are they any good? Are they real white light like they say on TV ad? I saw them at Wal-Mart for $37.99 for a package of two. Whats the 411 on them?
