WANTED: Train Horn

These things seem to be going for 350 bucks or so on ebay, but there's no way I can afford that. Does anyone know where to get one at a reasonable price, even if it needs to be repaired to make it work? I know there's quite a few of you guys on here in the train industry... someone help me out pleeez
