Looking for an unusual tonneau

Has anyone ever seen [or even heard of] a hard tonneau with a removable panel that would allow hitching and pulling a fifth-wheel or gooseneck trailer with the tonneau in place?

[Preferably, one that would only be open enough for the hitch to function and, when not pulling, the tonneau would (hopefully) be weathertight.]

If so, where could I get one?
