Steering stabilizer by Skyjacker
Last week I installed the Skyjacker dual in-line steering stabilizer on my truck. The install was fairly simple and only a few basic tools were needed. Yesterday (04-16-04) I finally got to drive the truck and the steering stabilizer works great. I had a Rancho single on before this Skyjacker, but this new one works terrific. The steering wheel is very calm, no movement at all as I drove down the road, even at 80+mph on the expressway. It was a very pleasant surprise. I never had a big issue with vibration or much shimmy, but what little there was is now completely gone. It feels so different driving the truck this way, It caught me off guard. I was not expecting a big change, but it is more then welcome. A big thumbs up.
