Edge EZ instructions?

I just bought an Edge EZ from a guy but I didn't get any instructions with it.
The box has a date of 12/22/03
Ver. 3.0
2003 EZD1000C

It is for a 2003 Dodge

It also came with a brass elbow and a hose clamp.
What do I do with them and where do they go?

Could anyone tell me if this box is capable of the higher levels than just 4 ?

Is there a website somewhere to download the instruction booklet?
