aFe, Stage One

I know this subject should be about tapped out, but reading various posts suggests to me that the aFe Stage One, with a Torque tube would be a cost effective add on to my new 600. My only question would be to engine protection, ie; microns filtered vs stock, and total grit filtered over time vs stock, and lastly, how would it effect my warranty??? Thanks...
