Fuel Delivery Upgrade

I want to upgrade the fuel delivery system by removing all the banjos and stock lines and going to AN type fittings and stainless braided house. I will use -8AN but need to know what to order. Does anybody have a component list to do this? What are the thread sizes at the VP and filter housing?
Any help appreciated.
