Proper Air Filtration

You guys that do regular oil analysis maybe you can answer a question for me:

1. What is the typical silicone number in an engine with stock air filtration?

2. Have people running the AFE Progaurd 7 filters seen an increase or decrease in silicone numbers?

3. In your opinion what system provides the best air filtration either stock or aftermarket and what type is it? Oiled or paper?

Keep in mind that flow volume is not the question here. It is filtration.
