BD Stealth Cover vs Notched Fuel Pump Wire

I reciently installed a Banks Power Pack on my '01 and the only part of the install I didn't like was the 'vampire' connector on Injector pump wire.
Has anyone tried the BD 'Stealth Cover'? If so - how does it work and what is involved installing it?
