twins...is it time?
I have available to me a professional pipe-fitter who likes to work on new things...like, oh I don't know, the THREE JET ENGINES HE'S BUILT BY HIMSELF FROM SCRATCH!
He told me he would be very interested in doing the pipe work on a set of twins for my pickup (insert evil grin here), and doing the work for $0.00.
I would probably go w/ my B-1 on top and put the KS housing back on (faster spool). External wastegate and get an HT3B or the like for the big turbo. What else do I need to make this work? Obviously an external wastegate. Will the stock manifold work for a while?
I think if I wastegate them pretty low for now, and maybe just run studs for a while, the headgasket would hold.
What else am I missing? Besides a sponsor to pay for all this...anybody interested?
Josh
