ARP head studs

Where is the best place to get the ARP head studs for my 97 12 valve. I got the part number from ARP 247-4203 and a retail price of of $491. Called Summit racing with the part number, they wanted like $450 for a set. What gives? I thought they were like $350 from Summit.

Are ARP really better than what Haisley Machine sells for $450? If it's the same quality, I'd rather get them from Haisley Machine.
