Any information about RPM OutLet site?

I am looking to purchase a new EZ module for my 1999 TD and want to get the best price, and from a reliable source. Most sources want between $489 and $549, except www.rpmoutlet.com that has it for $409. I would like to hear from anyone who has information (good or bad) about this source.
